Continuous Operation Process: The system sequentially and automatically performs: Empty Ampoule Feeding ➔ Ultrasonic Washing ➔ Liquid Filling ➔ Flame Sealing.

Multi-Stage Cleaning Technology: Integrates ultrasonic oscillation with high-pressure spray nozzles. The medical-grade washing cycle includes 4 stages: Circulating Water Wash ➔ Purified Water Wash ➔ WFI (Water for Injection) Wash ➔ Clean Compressed Air Blow-Drying. The washing unit also features a water recovery and recycling system to optimize operational costs.

Outstanding Performance: Flexibly handles ampoule volume ranges from 1ml to 20ml. The filling and sealing speed can reach an impressive 5,000 to 6,000 ampoules per hour (for 1-2ml sizes).

Safety & Customization: Available with optional Full Safety Covers or Half Safety Covers integrated with a sterile Laminar Air Flow (LAF) system. Furthermore, the line can be fully customized to integrate with an Isolator system tailored to the specific requirements of the pharmaceutical plant.
