Automatic OPP/BOPP Labeling Machine
Available in both linear and rotary configurations, this highly efficient machine uses hot melt adhesive technology to apply roll-fed OPP/BOPP plastic labels onto PET, HDPE, and glass bottles. In addition to standard models for cylindrical bottles, specialized versions are available to provide flawless wrap-around labeling for square, rectangular, or uniquely shaped custom containers.

Key Technical Features & Operating Principle:

Servo-Driven Label Feeding: The label feeding station is automatically and precisely driven by a servo motor. The feeding speed dynamically adjusts in synchronization with the label length. A built-in web guide system with tension control ensures the continuous label roll moves in a perfectly straight line without deviation or wrinkling.

Vacuum Cutting & Wrapping Process: The label web is transferred to a vacuum cutting drum where a high-precision photoelectric sensor detects the registration mark, ensuring the label is cut with pinpoint accuracy. After a minimal amount of hot melt glue is applied to the leading and trailing edges, the label is brought toward the rotating bottle. The process concludes by seamlessly wrapping and smoothing the label 360 degrees around the bottle\'s body, achieving a tight and aesthetically pleasing finish.
