Automatic Pasteurization and Cooling Tunnel System
The pasteurization and cooling tunnel system is specifically designed for post-bottling/canning heat treatment processes. Through its ability to precisely control temperature, it is the perfect solution for pasteurizing and preserving temperature-sensitive beverages such as fruit juices, energy drinks, soft drinks, and teas, extending shelf life without compromising the product's original flavor.
- Description
-
Standard operating procedure (From 3 to 5 thermal zones):
-
Heating Zone: The product is gradually heated to the pasteurization temperature according to a predetermined temperature-time curve, helping to avoid thermal shock that can cause packaging cracks (especially glass bottles).
-
Pasteurization Zone: The product is maintained at high temperatures for a certain period of time (depending on the biological characteristics of each type of beverage) to completely destroy harmful microorganisms and bacteria.
-
Cooling Zone: After pasteurization, the product will be cooled according to a strictly controlled temperature reduction cycle. The finished product leaves the cellar at an ideal temperature of 30°C to 35°C, with a dry surface, ready for the labeling and packaging process. data-index-in-node="\"0\"">Outstanding Technical Features:
-
High-Grade Stainless Steel Material: The entire structure of the storage tank, the circulating water tanks and the connecting piping system are all made from SUS 304 stainless steel (SUS 316 optional), offering superior corrosion resistance and Meets food hygiene and safety standards.
-
Optimized maintenance design: The top covers of the tank are designed with hinges, allowing them to be easily opened completely. This creates extremely spacious working space for spraying, washing, and cleaning the inside. Regular maintenance.
-
Friendly operation & energy saving: Integrated intuitive control interface, easy to set temperature parameters. Intelligent circulation pump system helps maximize heat and water reuse, minimizing operating costs for the plant.
