Sterilization Drying Chamber

Sterilization Drying Chamber

The autoclave sterilization system belongs to the group of high-pressure equipment, using pure steam as a heating medium to completely destroy the structure of microorganisms. Integrating sterilization and vacuum drying functions, the system is controlled by a PLC and an intelligent HMI touch screen. The machine design strictly adheres to international standards such as cGMP, EN285, and PDA TR1, ensuring thorough sterilization without deforming or damaging the appearance of the product.

Description

Practical applications: Widely used in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical and food factories for sterilization:

  • Packaging & Materials: Glass vials, ampoules, PP/PVC plastic bottles, aluminum caps, rubber stoppers. Cleanroom equipment: Sterilized linens, protective clothing, sterile bags, filter housings and filter cartridges. Equipment & Accessories: Machinery, stainless steel accessories, mechanical components microbiology.

Notable technical features:

  • Excellent Heat Distribution: At the standard sterilization temperature of 121°C, the temperature difference (heat distribution) throughout the entire machine chamber – whether loaded or unloaded – is always controlled with high accuracy at £+0.5°C.

  • Intelligent operating program: Supports a variety of pre-programmed sterilization cycles. Automatic F0 value calculation (via computer connection) and a 6 to 12-point temperature recording system facilitate easy data retrieval.

  • Safe drying and filtration system: The vacuum drying and vacuum break process is performed through a 0.2µm absolute filter, completely preventing the risk of bacterial re-infection.

  • Isolation Door Design: Optional single or double through-wall doors (Pass-through double doors) with heat-resistant silicone seals, helping to perfectly isolate the clean area from the non-sterilized area.

  • High-grade Microbiological Materials: The entire machine frame and chamber are made from SUS 304, 316 stainless steel and 316L. The piping and valve system connections are entirely sanitary grade components.
